High River One

  1. Right rear grab: Step forward with left foot into a kenpo stance & break arm grab by pushing right arm down, right back kick to the chest cross right foot in front of left foot step out with left foot into a side horse stance.

  2. Right punch: Twist right into a kenpo stance, left front kick to the groin & step forward into a kenpo stance, twist left & right back kick to the chest cross right foot in front of left foot step out with left foot into a side horse stance.

  3. Right roundhouse punch & left punch: Block right roundhouse punch with both hands right hammer fist to the groin, vertical punch to the face, block left punch with right hand & right poke to the eyes, twist left into a kenpo stance & right back kick to the chest cross right foot in front of left foot step out with left foot into a side horse stance.

  4. Right punch: block right punch with left hand & grab wrist, right vertical punch to the face, cross left foot behind right foot & right back kick to the chest cross right foot in front of left foot step out with left foot into a side horse stance, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance.

  5. Right punch: 45 with left foot into a horse stance & block right punch with left hand, right & left reverse punch to the ribs, right front kick to the groin & step forward into a kenpo stance, right vertical chop to back of the neck, twist left into a kenpo stance & right back kick to the head cross right foot in front of left foot step out with left foot into a side horse stance.

  6. Left & right punch: Twist right into a kenpo stance, block left & right punch with right outward & inward block, right vertical punch to the face, step up with left foot into a cat stance, drop left hand to block the groin, right front kick to the groin & step out into a horse stance.

  7. Club: Step forward with right foot into a kenpo stance, block right club with left hand & grab wrist, right hand on shoulder, right side chop to the neck, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance.

  8. Knife: 45 with left foot into a horse stance & block right knife with left hand fingers down, right front kick to the groin & step forward into a kenpo stance, right vertical chop to back of neck, twist left into a kenpo stance & right back kick to the head cross right foot in front of left foot step out with left foot into a side horse stance, cover back with right foot into kenpo stance.

  9. Right punch: 45 with left foot into a horse stance & block right punch with left hand, step forward with right foot into a side horse stance & right horizontal elbow strike to the ribs, cross left foot behind right foot & right back kick to the chest cross right foot in front of left foot step out with left foot into a side horse stance, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance.

  10. Right punch: 45 with left foot into a horse stance & block right punch with left hand, step forward with right foot into a kenpo stance & right vertical punch to the ribs, twist left into a horse stance & left spinning hook kick to the chest & step into a side horse stance, place left foot by right foot twist left & right back kick to the chest step down with right foot & step back with left foot into a kenpo stance & right hammer fist to the head, step forward with left foot into a horse stance.
