

1-10 Count Front and Back Kicking
Start from position (feet together), hands up.
Front kick, right leg.
Back kick, right leg.
Front kick, right leg.
Back kick, right leg.
Front kick, right leg.
Back kick, right leg.

Back kick, right leg.
Front kick, right leg.
Back kick, right leg.
Front kick, left leg.
Back kick, left leg.
Front kick, left leg.

Notes:
Front kicks are done with the ball of the foot, toes curled back.
Back kicks should be done with the heel of the foot, toes pointing downward.
You should be looking over your same side shoulder when doing back kicks, but not turning the body and hips, keep hips square with the forward direction you are facing at the start of the back kicks.
