Begin from a horse stance and return to a horse stance after every kick.
Right front kick to 12 o'clock
Right front kick to 1:30
Right front 3:00 o'clock
Right back kick to 4:30
Right stomp kick to 6:00 o'clock
Right back kick to 6:00 o'clock
Left front kick to 12 o'clock
Left front kick to 10:30
Left front 9:00 o'clock
Left back kick to 7:30
Left stomp kick to 6:00 o'clock
Left back kick to 6:00 o'clock
Right foot to attention
