1-12 Count Kicking Exercise

Begin from a horse stance and return to a horse stance after every kick.


  1. Right front kick to 12 o'clock

  2. Right front kick to 1:30

  3. Right front 3:00 o'clock

  4. Right back kick to 4:30

  5. Right stomp kick to 6:00 o'clock

  6. Right back kick to 6:00 o'clock

  7. Left front kick to 12 o'clock

  8. Left front kick to 10:30

  9. Left front 9:00 o'clock

  10. Left back kick to 7:30

  11. Left stomp kick to 6:00 o'clock

  12. Left back kick to 6:00 o'clock
