

Basic Punching Self Defense
Start from a horse stance
Block right punch with left hand, right reverse punch to the face, bring right fist to left hand.
Block right punch with left hand, right reverse punch to the chest, bring right fist to left hand.
Block right punch with left hand, right reverse punch to the groin, bring right fist to left hand.
Block right punch with left hand, two right reverse punches to the face, bring right fist to left hand.
Block right punch with left hand, two right reverse punches to the chest, bring right fist to left hand.
Block right punch with left hand, two right reverse punches to the groin, bring right fist to left hand.
Block right punch with left hand, three right reverse punches to the face, bring right fist to left hand.
Block right punch with left hand, three right reverse punches to the chest, bring right fist to left hand.
Block right punch with left hand, three right reverse punches to the groin, bring right fist to left hand.
Block right punch with left hand, right & left reverse punch to the face, bring right fist to left hand.
Block right punch with left hand, right & left reverse punch to the chest, bring right fist to left hand.
Block right punch with left hand, right & left reverse punch to the groin, bring right fist to left hand.
Block right punch with left hand, right, left & right reverse punch to the face, bring right fist to left hand.
Block right punch with left hand, right, left & right reverse punch to the chest, bring right fist to left hand.

Repeat the entire drill starting with the left punch being blocked by your right hand.
