Beginner Punching

  1. Cross left arm over right arm and double elbow strike
    Bring right fist to left hand
    Repeat above to count of 10 (elbow strikes are odd, hands together even)

  2. Cross left arm over right arm and double elbow strike
    Double reverse punch
    Repeat above to the count of 11 (elbow strikes are odd, double reverse punch even)

  3. 10 reverse punches with the right hand

  4. 10 reverse punches with the left hand

  5. 10 alternating reverse punches starting with the right hand

  6. 10 double reverse punches starting with the right hand (count on the 2nd punch)

  7. 10 triple reverse punches starting with the right hand (count on the 3nd punch)

Bring right fist to left hand

Right foot to attention
