Defense Offense

  1. Step back with left foot into a horse stance & break grab with downward motion of right arm pull fist to the stomach f, right hammer fist to the groin, shuffle back with left foot & right back fist to the temple drop elbow. Shuffle forward & right hammer fist to the left temple & the groin, right vertical punch to the face.

  2. Block right roundhouse punch with left hand at the wrist & right hand at the shoulder, right hammer fist to the groin & right vertical punch to the face. Shuffle forward block right roundhouse punch with left hand at the wrist & right vertical palm to the face, right hammer fist to the groin & right vertical punch to the face, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance.

  3. 45 with left foot into a horse stance & block right punch with left hand, right & left reverse punch to the ribs, right front kick to the groin & step forward into a kenpo stance, right vertical chop to back of the neck. Twist left into a horse stance & block right roundhouse punch with left hand to the left, right & left reverse punch to the chest, right front kick to the groin & step forward into a kenpo stance, right vertical chop to the left side of neck, twist left into a kenpo stance & right back kick to the chest cross right foot in front of left foot step out with left foot into a side horse stance, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance.

  4. Step back with left foot into a kenpo stance, block left & right punch with right outward & inward block, right vertical punch to the face, step up with left foot into a cat stance, drop left hand to block groin, right front kick to the groin & step forward into a kenpo stance. Shuffle forward & block left punch with right hand, block right punch with left hand, right vertical punch to the face, step back with right foot into a horse stance.

  5. Step forward with right foot into a kenpo stance, block right club with left hand & grab wrist, right hand on the shoulder, right side chop to the neck. Shuffle forward & block right club with left hand & grab wrist, right grab to the throat, right side chop to the neck, take club with right hand & twist left into a kenpo stance, right back kick to the chest cross right foot in front of left foot step out with left foot into a horse stance, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance.

  6. 45 with left foot into a horse stance & block right knife with left hand fingers down, right front kick to the groin & step forward into a kenpo stance, right vertical chop to the back of neck. Shift right foot back at a 45 degree angle into a horse stance & block right knife with right hand hooking to the right & grab wrist, break right elbow with left hand fingers down, left front kick to the right knee & step into a horse stance, rotate attackers right arm clockwise & up with both hands & apply a wrist lock, right half roundhouse kick to the head & step back with right foot into a kenpo stance.

  7. 45 with left foot into a horse stance & block right punch with left hand, step forward with right foot into a kenpo stance & right horizontal elbow strike to the ribs, cross right foot in front of left foot step out with left foot into a horse stance, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance. Step forward with right foot into a horse stance & block right roundhouse punch with left hand & right horizontal elbow strike to the head, cross left foot behind right foot & right back kick to the chest, cross right foot in front of left foot step out with left foot into a horse stance, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance.

  8. 45 with left foot into a horse stance & block right punch with left hand, step forward with right foot into a kenpo stance & right vertical punch to the ribs, pivot on right foot to the left & step back with left foot into a kenpo stance, right downward block, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance. Step forward with right foot into a kenpo stance & block right roundhouse punch with left hand, right vertical punch to the face & twist left into a horse stance, left spinning hook kick to the head & step into a kenpo stance, right front kick to the groin & step forward into a kenpo stance, twist left into a horse stance, place left foot by right foot, twist left & right back kick to the chest, cross right foot in front of left foot step back with left foot into a kenpo stance & right downward block, step forward with left foot into a horse stance.
