High Mountain One

  1. Rear Grab: Step forward with left foot into a kenpo stance & right back kick to the chest cross right foot in front of left foot step out with left foot into a horse stance, left front kick to the groin & step out into a horse stance, right back kick to the chest & step out into a horse stance.

  2. Right punch: Twist right into a kenpo stance, left front kick to the groin & step forward into a kenpo stance, twist left & right back kick to the chest cross right foot in front of left foot step out with left foot into a side horse stance.

  3. Right punch: Cross left foot behind right foot & right back kick to the chest cross right foot in front of left foot step out with left foot into a horse stance, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance.

  4. Right punch: Left front kick to the groin & step into a kenpo stance, right back kick to the chest & step back into a kenpo stance.

  5. Right punch: 45 with left foot into a horse stance, right front kick to the groin & step forward into a kenpo stance, twist left into a kenpo stance & right back kick to the head cross right foot in front of left foot step out with left foot into a side horse stance.

  6. Left & right punch: Twist right into a kenpo stance, left front kick to the groin & place left foot by right foot, right front kick to the chest & step out into a horse stance.

  7. Club: Right front kick to the groin & step forward into a kenpo stance, twist left into a kenpo stance & right back kick to the chest cross right foot in front of left foot step out with left foot into a horse stance, cross back with right foot into a kenpo stance.

  8. Knife: 45 with left foot into a horse stance, right front kick to the groin & step forward into a kenpo stance, twist left into a kenpo stance & right back kick to the head cross right foot in front of left foot step out with left foot into a horse stance, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance.

  9. Right punch: 45 with left foot into a horse stance, right front kick to the groin & step forward into a kenpo stance, left front kick to the chest & step forward into a kenpo stance, twist left & right back kick to the face cross right foot in front of left foot step out with left foot into a horse stance, cover back with right foot into a horse stance.

  10. Right punch: 45 with left foot into a horse stance, right roundhouse kick to the groin & step into a side horse stance, left spinning hook kick to the chest & step into a side horse stance, cross left foot behind right foot & right hook kick to the head cross right foot in front of left foot step out with left foot into a side horse stance, twist right into a kenpo stance, left front kick to the groin & step forward into a kenpo stance, twist right & right reverse kick to the chest & step out into a horse stance.
