Kata 12 - Monkey Creeps

  1. Step forward with right foot a kenpo stance & left poke to the eyes, twist left into a side horse stance & right horizontal elbow strike to the head, right horizontal Chinese fist to the neck.

  2. Twist right into a kenpo stance & block right roundhouse punch with left hand, right vertical Chinese fist to the shoulder, right grab to the throat & left palm to the groin, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance.

  3. 45 with left foot into a horse stance & block right punch with left hand, twist left into a kenpo stance & right Chinese fist to the armpit, step forward with right foot into a kenpo stance & left side chop to the neck, right ridge hand to the face, right half roundhouse kick to the groin, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance.

  4. 45 with left foot into a horse stance & block left & right punch with left hand by slashing across the eyes to the right with palm up & slashing across the throat to the left with palm down, step forward with right foot into a kenpo stance & right elbow strike to the chest & palm to the face, step back with right foot into a horse stance.

  5. Step forward with right foot into a kenpo stance, block right club with left hand & grab wrist, right poke to the eyes, twist left into a side horse stance & right reverse punch to the groin, right vertical palm to the chest, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance.

  6. 45 with left foot into a horse stance & block right knife with left hand fingers down, right front kick to the groin & step forward into a kenpo stance, left outward side chop to the neck, twist left into a horse stance & right side palm to the face, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance.

  7. 45 with left foot into a horse stance & block right punch with left hand, step forward with right foot into a kenpo stance & right hammer fist to the left side of the face, grab the throat with right hand twist left into a kenpo stance & take attacker down while shifting right leg back, bend right knee & right reverse punch to the chest, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance.

  8. 45 with left foot into a horse stance & block right punch with left hand, step forward with right foot into a kenpo stance & right vertical punch to the ribs, pivot on right foot to the left & step back with left foot into a kenpo stance, left outward side chop to the chest, shuffle forward & right ridge hand to the chest, grab chest with right hand & rip out while shuffling back, right vertical palm to the face, step back with right foot into a horse stance.
