Kata 3 - Eagle Flies Low

  1. Two hand grab 
    Step back with left foot into a cat stance & trap two hand grab, left arm on top & break left arm with right upward palm, right front kick to the groin & right poke to the arm pit step down into a side horse stance, right side palm to the temple, right horizontal crane to the temple.

  2. Right hook punch
    Block right roundhouse punch with left & right sweeping block, grab right wrist with left hand, right side kick to the groin & right vertical punch to the face step forward into a horse stance, right vertical punch to the chest, right vertical chop to the chest, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance.

  3. Right reverse punch
    45 with left foot into a horse stance & block right punch with left hand, right & left reverse punch to the ribs, right front kick to the groin & step forward into a kenpo stance, right vertical chop to back of the neck, grab the head with right hand & left upper arm with left hand, turn attacker over right knee, right hammer fist to the chest & the face, grab left upper arm with right hand & left wrist with left hand, twist left into a side horse stance & shuffle to the left, brake arm over right knee, twist right & kneel on left knee, right palm to the groin, double rake across the body, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance.

  4. Left & right hook punch 
    45 with left foot into a horse stance & block left punch with right hand & grab wrist, left side palm to the face, step forward with right foot into a side horse stance & block right punch with left hand palm up, right hand rakes across the face, twist right into a kenpo stance & rip across the face with right hand, left vertical palm to the chest, twist left into a horse stance & right corkscrew punch to the face, bring hand down to the stomach, step back with right foot into a horse stance.

  5. Right club
    Step forward with right foot into a kenpo stance, block right club with left hand & grab wrist, right side palm to the face, down the arm & chest, pull right arm with left hand, right crane to the groin & chin, right undercut punch to the face, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance.

  6. Right low thrusting knife
    45 with left foot into a horse stance & block right knife with left hand fingers down, right front kick to the groin & step forward into a kenpo stance, right rip to the eyes, right front kick to the knee & step forward into a kenpo stance, right side palm to the head, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance

  7. Right reverse punch
    45 with left foot into a kenpo stance & block right punch with left hand, right poke to the throat, step forward with right foot into a kenpo stance & right side palm to the heart, right palm to the groin, twist left into a horse stance & right hand rips up at the groin, right vertical chop to back of the neck, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance.

  8. Right reverse punch
    45 with left foot into a horse stance & block right punch with right arm & grab wrist, left outward side chop to the ribs, lift up attackers right arm with your left arm, twist left into a kenpo stance & right palm to the groin right front kick to the knee & step forward into a kenpo stance, trap body with right arm, twist left into a horse stance & right horizontal elbow strike to the head, right outward side chop to the neck, pivot on left foot 180 degrees cover leaning to the right & left downward block in a kenpo stance come up to a horse stance.
