45 with left foot into a horse stance & block right punch with left hand, right & left reverse punch to the ribs, step forward with right foot into a kenpo stance & right vertical punch up to the chin, right palm up to the chin & left hand pulls down on top of head, twist left into a side horse stance & right corkscrew punch to the head bring right arm down to the stomach, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance.
45 with right foot to the right into a kenpo stance & block left punch with left hand, twist left into a kenpo stance, left & right chop to the shoulders, grab shoulders with both hands & step back with left foot into a kenpo stance pulling attacker down on right knee, right palm to the chest, right back fist to the face, step forward with left foot into a horse stance.
Step forward with right foot into a kenpo stance, block right club with left hand & grab wrist, right vertical punch to the stomach, right side palm to the stomach, right side chop to the throat, right rip down the face, right front kick to the groin & step forward into a kenpo stance, right vertical punch to the face, step back with right foot into a horse stance.
Step back with left foot & bring right foot back into a cat stance, block right knife with left hand to the left, right back fist to the arm, step forward with right foot into a side horse stance, right side chop to the forearm & bicep, right phoenix punch to the eye, step forward with left foot into a side horse stance.
Block right punch with left hand, right phoenix punch to the bicep, right phoenix punch to the eye, right hand pulls attackers left hand down from the face, right rip to the throat, right palm to the groin, right back fist to the temple, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance.
45 with left foot into a horse stance & block right punch with left hand & poke to the eyes, twist left into a kenpo stance & right chinese fist to the armpit, step forward with right foot into a kenpo stance & right vertical palm to the face, right rip down the face, right front kick to the groin & step forward into a kenpo stance, right side palm to the chest, cross left foot behind right foot & right elbow strike to the head, right side chop to the neck, twist left 180 degrees into a horse stance & left side palm to the chest resume a horse stance.
