River Dam Two

  1. Rear grab: Step out with left foot into a horse stance & right crane to the face, right palm to the groin, right elbow strike to the chest, place left foot by right foot & right back kick to the chest cross right foot in front of left foot step out with left foot into a horse stance.

  2. Right punch: Twist right into a kenpo stance, left front kick to the groin & step forward into a kenpo stance, twist left & right back kick to the chest cross right foot in front of left foot step out with left foot into a side horse stance.

  3. Right roundhouse punch & left punch: Block right roundhouse punch with left & right sweeping block, grab right arm with left hand, right back fist to the ribs, right vertical chop to the chest, block left punch with right hand & right poke to the eyes, twist left into a kenpo stance & right right back kick to the chest cross right foot in front of left foot step out with left foot into a horse stance.

  4. Right punch: Block right punch with left hand & grab wrist, right vertical palm to the face, cross left foot behind right foot & right back kick to the chest cross right foot in front of left foot step out with left foot into a horse stance, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance.

  5. Right roundhouse punch & left punch: Right front kick to the groin & step forward into a kenpo stance, twist left into a side horse stance & right vertical punch to the face, block right roundhouse punch with both hands, right hammer fist to the groin & right vertical punch to the face, block left punch with right hand, step to the left with left foot into a kenpo stance & right poke to the eyes, drop ro right knee & right hammer fist to the groin, step to the front with right foot into a kenpo stance & block left punch with right outward block palm up, step back with left foot into a side horse stance & right elbow horizontal strike to the head, right side chop to the throat, twist right into a kenpo stance & left vertical palm to the chest, right vertical palm to the face, twist left into a kenpo stance & right back kick to the chest cross right foot in front of left foot step out with left foot into a horse stance, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance.

  6. Right punch: 45 with left foot into a horse stance & block right punch with left hand, right & left reverse punch to the ribs, step forward with right foot into a kenpo stance, right vertical chop to back of the neck, left vertical chop to the back, right corkscrew punch to the head, twist left into a kenpo stance & right back kick to the head cross right foot in front of left foot step wout with left foot into a side horse stance.

  7. Left & right punch: Twist right into a kenpo stance, block left punch with right hand, twist left into a isde horse stance & block right punch with both hands, pull right arm down with left hand, right crane to the groin & chin, right vertical palm to the face, place left foot by right foot, right front kick to the groin & step out into a front horse stance.

  8. Club: Step forward with right foot into a kenpo stance, block right club with left hand & grab wrist, right elbow strike to the chest & claw to the face, twist left into a horse stance & right horizontal hammer fist to the ribs, break arm with right upward forearm strike, right hammer fist to the groin, right vertical palm to the face, twist right into a kenpo stance, left front kick to the groin & place left foot by right foot, right front kick to the chest & step out into a front horse stance.

  9. Right punch: Block right punch with left hand & grab wrist, right vertical palm to the face, resume a front horse stance position.

  10. Right & left punch: Step forward with right foot into a kenpo stance, block right punch with left hand & grab wrist, grab right shoulder with right hand, right front kick to the groin & step forward into a kenpo stance, right vertical chop to the chest, twist left into a horse stance & block left punch with right outward block, twist left into a kenpo stance & right inward hammer fist to the temple, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance.

  11. Knife: 45 with left foot into a horse stance & block right knife with left hand fingers down, grab attackers arm with right hand, right front kick to the groin, right side kick to the knee & step forward into a kenpo stance, break arm with left hand & right vertical chop to the back of the neck, reach around the head with right hand & rip face, shuffle back into a side horse stance, twist left into a kenpo stance & right back kick to the head cross right foot in front of left foot step out with left foot into a horse stance, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance.

  12. Right punch: 45 with left foot into a horse stance, block right punch with left hand & grab wrist, step forward with right foot into a kenpo stance, twist left into a horse stance & right side palm to the heart, grab shoulder with right hand, pull back into a cat stance & push attackers right arm to the neck, right reverse punch to the groin, right vertical punch to the face, right front kick to the groin & step forward into a kenpo stance, twist left into a horse stance, left reverse kick to the stomach & step forward into a kenpo stance, right front kick to the chest & step forward into a kenpo stance, twist left into a side horse stance, cross left foot behind right foot & right back kick to the face cross right foot in front of left foot step out with left foot into a horse stance, cover back with right foot into a kenpo stance.

  13. Right punch: 45 with left foot into a horse stance & block right punch with left hand, step forward with right foot into a kenpo stance & right vertical punch to the ribs, twist left into a horse stance, left outward chop towards the head & left spinning hook kick to the chest & step into a side horse stance, cross left foot behind right foot & right hook kick to the head cross right foot in front of left foot step out with left foot into a side horse stance, twist right into a kenpo stance, left inside crescent kick to the face & step forward into a kenpo stance, twist right & right reverse kick to the chest & step out into a front stance.
