Start from a horse stance

Right side blocks

  1. Step back with left foot into a kenpo stance & right upward block.

  2. Cross block and left front kick then step back into a kenpo stance

  3. Right upward block

  4. Left & right reverse punch

  5. Right upward block

  6. Step forward with left foot into a horse stance


  1. Step back with left foot into a kenpo stance & right outward block.

  2. Cross block and left front kick then step back into a kenpo stance

  3. Right outward block

  4. Left & right reverse punch

  5. Right outward block

  6. Step forward with left foot into a horse stance


  1. Step back with left foot into a kenpo stance & right inward block.

  2. Cross block and left front kick then step back into a kenpo stance
