Start from a horse stance

Right side blocks

  1. Step back with left foot into a kenpo stance & right upward block.

  2. Step forward with left foot into a kenpo stance & left vertical elbow strike

  3. Grab the attacker at the shoulders & left knee to the groin, twist left 180 degrees into a kenpo stance and throw the attacker down

  4. Twist right 180 degrees and into a kenpo stance & right upward block

  5. Left & right reverse punch

  6. Right upward block

  7. Step forward with left foot into a horse stance


  1. Step back with left foot into a kenpo stance & right outward block.

  2. Step forward with left foot into a kenpo stance & left vertical elbow strike

  3. Grab the attacker at the shoulders & left knee to the groin, twist left 180 degrees into a kenpo stance and throw the attacker down

  4. Twist right 180 degrees and into a kenpo stance & right outward block

  5. Left & right reverse punch

  6. Right outward block
