Start by raising arms up to the side & over head, hands come together to form a triangle, place right fist in left palm, drop hands to the stomach

  1. Cross left foot in front of right foot, step out with right foot into a horse stance & double downward reverse punch

  2. Cross block & double elbow strike

  3. Right outward block to the right side

  4. Left reverse punch to the right side & right elbow strike

  5. Left upward block

  6. Right reverse punch & left elbow strike

  7. Left reverse punch & right elbow strike

  8. Cross block & double elbow strike

  9. Left outward block to the left side

  10. Right reverse punch to the left side & left elbow strike

  11. Right upward block

  12. Left reverse punch & right elbow strike

  13. Right reverse punch & left elbow strike

  14. Cross block & double elbow strike

  15. Double downward reverse punch

  16. Resume starting position, place right foot by left foot


  1. Cross right foot in front of left foot, step out with left foot into a horse stance & double downward reverse punch
