Start from a horse stance
Twist left into a kenpo stance, cross block & double elbow strike.
Step forward with the right foot into a kenpo stance & right reverse punch.
Left & right reverse punch.
Step back with the right foot into a kenpo stance, cross block & double elbow strike.
Step forward with the right foot into a horse stance.
Step back with the right foot into a kenpo stance, cross block & double elbow strike.
Step back with the left foot into a kenpo stance & right reverse punch.
Left & right reverse punch.
Step forward with the left foot into a kenpo stance, cross block & double elbow strike.
Step forward with the right foot into a horse stance.
Repeat 3 times.
