Start from a horse stance


  1. Twist left into a kenpo stance, cross block & double elbow strike.

  2. Step forward with the right foot into a kenpo stance & right reverse punch.

  3. Left & right reverse punch.

  4. Step back with the right foot into a kenpo stance, cross block & double elbow strike.

  5. Step forward with the right foot into a horse stance.

  6. Step back with the right foot into a kenpo stance, cross block & double elbow strike.

  7. Step back with the left foot into a kenpo stance & right reverse punch.

  8. Left & right reverse punch.

  9. Step forward with the left foot into a kenpo stance, cross block & double elbow strike.

  10. Step forward with the right foot into a horse stance.


Repeat 3 times.
