Start from a horse stance
Twist right into a kenpo stance, cross block & double elbow strike.
Step forward with the right foot into a kenpo stance & left reverse punch.
Right & left reverse punch.
Step back with the left foot into a kenpo stance, cross block & double elbow strike.
Step forward with the left foot into a horse stance.
Step back with the left foot into a kenpo stance, cross block & double elbow strike.
Step back with the right foot into a kenpo stance & left reverse punch.
Right & left reverse punch.
Step forward with the right foot into a kenpo stance, cross block & double elbow strike.
Step forward with the left foot into a horse stance.
Repeat 3 times.
