  1. Twist right into a kenpo stance, cross block & double elbow strike

  2. Step forward with left foot into a kenpo stance & left inward block

  3. Right & left reverse punch

  4. Step back with left foot into a kenpo stance, cross block & double elbow strike

  5. Step back with right foot into a kenpo stance & left outward block

  6. Right & left reverse punch

  7. Step forward with right foot into a kenpo stance, cross block & double elbow strike

  8. Step forward with left foot into a horse stance

  2. Step forward with left foot into a kenpo stance & left upward block

  3. Right & left reverse punch
