  1. Twist left into a kenpo stance, cross block and double elbow strike

  2. Right and left reverse punch

  3. Twist right into a horse stance, cross block and double elbow strike

  4. Right and left reverse punch

  5. Twist right into a kenpo stance, cross block and double elbow strike

  6. Right and left reverse punch

  7. Twist left into a horse stance, cross block and double elbow strike

  8. Right and left reverse punch

  9. Cross block and double elbow strike

  10. Bring right fist to left hand


Set B


  1. Step back with right foot into a kenpo stance, cross block & double elbow strike.

  2. Right and left reverse punch

  3. Step forward with right foot into a horse stance

  4. Right and left reverse punch

  5. Step back with left foot into a kenpo stance, cross block & double elbow strike.

  6. Right and left reverse punch

  7. Step forward with left foot into a horse stance

  8. Right and left reverse punch
